Importing Address Book as New Contacts Group

Can this be done? And if so how?

I have a mailing list that I created a separate Address Book for -
NewMailList.wab. Can I import it into Outlook Contacts as a group so
that the entries don't get mingled in with all my other previous
contacts - but as a separate new Group?

Integrity is obvious.
The lack of it is common.

Outlook cannot import from a WAB. It can only import directly from OE.
Outlook does not use groups. It uses Contacts Folders.

Sorry, I'm helping someone else and only installed Outlook for a short
time.

(For some reason, it, and it alone, makes my hard drive (Windows XP)
make a horrendous noise - manic disk seeking - so I've uninstalled it.)

All I really need to know is if it's possible to import into a Contacts
folder from OE? I can get the addresses into OE's default address book.

I'm trying to help a friend move a comma separated (.csv) list of "Name,
email address" into Outlook contacts - hopefully into a separate folder.
Just knowing if that is possible will help me forge on. I can already
import the .csv file into OE.

Thanks for any help

Outlook can import a CSV file, too. That option is in the Import Wizard.
Also, if you've already imported into OE, you can import directly from OE.
