Our company is using Office 2000.
The text files I create always have the first record as
the header record.
When importing a text file to Access and using the Import
Text Wizard, everything seems fine while you are going
through the import process. Once it is complete and you
go back and check the records that are imported, the first
line is no longer the header record. The header record is
getting moved somehow to the middle of the list of
records. If I delete the records and start the process
over, the records will appear in the correct order.
Does anyone have an answer for this? We didn't have this
problem with Office 97.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
