Hello:

I'm trying to import a .DBF file. When I do the import,
I'm receiving the following error message:

error 3066: Query must have at least one destination
field.

I do not understand what this error is trying to tell
me. I created a brand new .MDB which doesn't contain any
queries since there are no tables in the Access database
yet.

Can anyone help me out?

To import, I do the following: file, get external data,
import, and I select the file.

Thank you,
Helen Bradshaw

When you select Import you also have to select:
Files of Type.

What file type are you picking? Why?
..dbf is *not* just dBase.

It also applies to Foxpro which requires different code to import depending
on your version of Access.
