I have Office Standard 2007. This is similar to other questions but I can't
solve my problem from those that have been answered. I have created a large
list of names and addresses and e mail addresses in Excel. I want to put them
into a Distribution List in Outlook. Is there a way of doing them in bulk?
Answers in simple English please for a Silver Surfer with limited techie
understanding.

Thanks in anticipation

Thanks for this. The answer was , as I suspected, quite simple. However, this
has saved me hours of frustration. As a matter of interest, I just copied the
NME field and the E MAIL field from Excel and it went across in perfect
order. I didn't have to enter any semi colons. It did it for me.

Wonderful!
