Imported records blank

I am trying to import an excel spreadsheet with about 735
records and it says it was imported successfully and
shows 735 records but all but three are blank records.
Could someone pls. tell me what causes this?

Does the field order of the newly imported Excel spreadsheet match the order
of the original Excel spreadsheet?
