Imported Contacts

I imported a list of contacts from a CSV file. I am using Outlook 2003. When I click on the To button of a new message no contacts show up immediately. However, when I click on the dropdown menu inside thd dialog bok - Show names from the: - contacts are listed twice. If I click on the second entry called Contacts all of the imported contacts show up. If I go to contacts there is only one list showing - the list imported. I am wondering how I can get rid of the blank contacts entry

Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
