important stuff deleted

We had to do a reboot and i forget to save all my email
adresses' coursework ect. is there a way of getting this
stuff back?

"reboot" means that you turned the computer off, and turned it back on
again. That wouldn't have lost data. What did you actually do?

The reboot would not wipe out info already saved to the hard drive, as D.
Currie said, but it would have erased all of memory - including any work not
yet saved.

No, there's no way to recover whatever was in RAM. :>(

E-mail addresses are stored in the Address Book and are not lost on a
reboot nor is anything else already saved to the Hard Drive. What you
actually lose is anything you are currently working on which is newly
created and has not been yet been saved to a Folder. What you lost was
the stuff present in RAM.
