Hi,
Norton was right, and you need to delete the reference to it in the run keys
of the registry. Start/run regedit, click edit/find and search on
monitormgt.exe, you will likely find it under one of these keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Simply delete the string value containing it from the righthand pane.

Does anyone know if this is an important file? I ran Norton Antivirus & it
deleted this when it detected a trojan in it...now I'm getting the error
message that Windows can't find it when I start my computer (and that I
should delete reference to this in the registry).
