"Importance" field

Is there a way to make appts with the "Importance" stand out in the 7 week
view? For instance, I would like to give the "High" level to an appt, but in
the "7 week" view the "!" doesn't show up. Is there a way to make the font
red and gray for high level and low level, respectively?

Same goes for the "Show Time as" field--is there a way to make an appt look
different based on "Free, Busy, Tentative, and Out of Office"?

You mean the 7-day view? Outlook version?

No. Outlook 2002 and later have color labels you could use with an automatic
formatting rule, but not Outlook 2000
