G Guest Apr 21, 2006 #2 to import a complete doc (i.e. text file) into a new table ; then when in Tables - go to 'file' in the menu bar and select 'import' however your wording is that you want into a field.....on this perhaps one only does the traditional copy/paste...... or for a field to refer to a doc - you could use the OLE linking & embedding.... depends on your question...
