import works 4.5 database into access 2000

I am having trouble mporting a ms works 4.5a database into access 2000.
I keep getting a database engine error.
 
Normally it's not possible to import data directly from Works into
Access. Which technique are you using, at what point in the process does
the error occur, and what is the error?
