import workgroup user contacts into current SBS user outlook add b

Hi,
Bit of a problem. I removed users from a domain, rebuilt the server and
rejoined to SBS. I have the old users folders on the pc. I opened the old
users PST data file in the SBS users Outlook. all the emails and calendar
info is correct. I cannot get the contacts to be the default when the users
clicks on the address book. What are the steps for the old contacts to be the
default address book?

Why not move the contacts to their default Contacts folder instead of
leaving it in the secondary pst-file?
Either way; right click on the Contact folder-> Properties-> Outlook Address
Book-> Show this folder...
