Import web calendar into outlook?

I am able to view my workplace outlook calendar on the web. Is there a way I
can import it to my personal outlook calendar at home so I can sync it with
my PDA (as I do my home calendar now)?
 
can you save it as a CSV or ical?

Since you're seeing the Exchange mailbox directly with Outlook Web Access,
and the Exchange server knos nothing about your local PC, I don't see how.
Why not sync your PDA at home and at work (I do that) to transfer data
between the two PCs?
