IMPORT VIDEO

I record TV using WinTV Nova - I think files are saved as MPEG2.
Should I be able to open/edit these in Movie Maker? (I keep getting message
stating required codec not installed).

They'll usually not work... and the path to Movie Maker is by converting the
files to something else... see the Importing Source Files > Video > MPEG-2
