Import vCard should be able to import multiple contact in one file

vCard 3.0 supports multiple vCards on one file. Outlook will only import the
first one !

Hello pingel,

Unfortunately it si true. However there are some 3rd party application which
do allows MS Outlook to import and export multiple VCF files or multiple
contacts in one VCF file. You can fin one tool at:
