When I insert my cameras compact flash card into my computer, I select the
"Import Using Windows" option.
I am finding it difficult to:
1) Find out what directory it is importing to. The field in the box can
only hold about 15 characters and the directory I am in is much deeper. I
can't get the box to be any bigger. Anyone find a solution to this?
2) When I run the import, the dates it supplies the files are all wrong.
In particular the DATE MODIFIED field is always 12/31/1979. The date taken
is correct.
3) THe security settings are not the same as the other files. So for other
computers on my network, I can't see the files unless I thien manually
change the security settings of the imported pictures. Sure would be nice
if I could turn all this SECURITY off.
