import user account into W2k domain

Hi all, What is the easiest way to import user into W2k
domain? I have list of user name, accounts and groups they
belong to in a csv excel file. I would like to import
these users into my AD without having to manually enter
them. Any suggestion?

Check out the csvde tool that comes with W2003 (it works on 2000 as well).
