Import to custom Form fields

I wish to import address and other data to OL 2000 SP3.
The data comes from a wdb database and ahs been saved as a dbf from a dbf form into OL 2000 SP3
I have created a new Contact Type folder TES
I have created a new form based on OL Contact form (with omissions, additions and changed filed names) called TEST Contacts and stored in personal Forms
The new TEST folder is set to post from TEST contacts form--- this works fine
When importing though the fields that can be mapped to are based on OL 2000 Std Contact form
Can I change this to my custom TEST contacts form or at least add my new fields to those that can be mapped to

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
