Import text file data into access under Windows 2000 environment

What is the fastest way (in terms of time) to import data from a 200 mb text
file into MS Access table using VB.Net in a Windows 2000 environment? In VBA,
I simply used the Docmd command. It is very fast.
 
Try asking them in; dotnet.datatools
