In my tables menu, when I click New and new table opens in design views. I
need to change the setting so when I click new, the window pops up with the
option of Datasheet view, design view, table wizard, import table, and link
table. Does anyone know where and how to change this?

Are you saying that you don't get those options now? I get them in A03. Are
you missing the Wizard options? The Accwiz.dll file might be the wrong one or
not registered properly.

My guess that your wizard is somehow corrupted. The first thing to try is
to Repair Office. Go to the Start Menu (in Windows), open Control Panel,
and double-click Add/Remove Programs. Find Microsoft Office in Currently
Installed Programs and click the Change button. It should pop up a window
that allows you to Repair Office (that is return it to its original state).

Note: These instructions are for Office 2000. Other versions may vary
slightly, but something of the sort should work.

Alright, I'll give that a try.

I tried doing a repair and that didn't solve the problem. I removed and then
reinstalled Office and that didn't solve the problem either. Any other
suggestions?

It's possible you didn't completely uninstall Office. The regular
uninstaller doesn't clean the registry, which is where the problem is most
likely. I've got my suspicions, but I'd never try to help someone edit
their registry settings.

To completely uninstall Office 2000, look at this Knowledgebase article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q219423/.

I cannot find similar articles for later versions, so perhaps the
unistallers for Office XP and 2003 are better.
