Import safe sites into IE?

IE's Content Advisor forces you you to add approved sites one one at a time.
How stupid. Is there a technique or a freeware proggie that will allow me to
import a master list of approved sites in a text file? I want to use IE to
keep my kids from inappropriate sites. I -- secretly -- use Firefox for my
surfing, but my kids know only of IE. Therefore, by using the Content
Advisor I can restrict their surfing. However, MS, in it's usual fashion,
makes it as awkward as hell to use the feature.

REad about the HOSTS file but this'll affect all users.

I don't think the HOSTS file solves my problem. It's a quick way to list
sites that someone might want to AVOID. However, my situation is the
reverse -- I want a quick way to load PERMITTED sites into the Content
Advisor of IE so as to restrict my kids' surfing to JUST those sites. Or, am
I missing something about how to use the HOSTS file to achieve that?
