My hard drive crash and I had to set up a new computer
using data from my backup. When I imported the Outlook
folders, it created a whole new set of folders (i.e.,
another set of Personal Folders including Inbox, Sent,
etc.) I migrated this data to the top set of Personal
Folders but I ended up with a Calendar folder (blank) and
a Calendar folder beneath that (the one below contains my
data). I'm afraid that when I sync to my PDA it will go
to the blank calendar and I will lose everything. How do
I get my calendar data to be the main set of data?
Thanks for your help.

What version of Outlook?

You will need to designate one of the sets as the default folder for
delivery - right click on the preferred set of personal folders (usually the
one with your data) and select "Deliver new mail here". Then open the other
set of personal folders, drag and drop any items in that one to the
corresponding folder in the default .pst file. Once done, right click on
the top of that personal folders file and select close.

You should now have one set of personal folders with the top folder being
Outlook Today.
