G Guest Jan 18, 2005 #3 I found that I had to open the csv file in Excel, label the columns with the appropriate fields, save it in excel or in csv and then it imported fine. This is the approach for importing csv files into outlook 2002. Couldn't find the procedure for 2003. Thanks for the offer to help. Don
