import outlook express from mac to pc

I am helping a friend to convert their Outlook Express 5 address book and
email from a Mac to the Small Business Edition 2003 version of Outlook. But,
I'm having difficulty exporting from the Mac version as well as importing
into Outlook. I am very familiar with how to configure email on Outlook on
PCs. But, this Mac conversion is much more complicated.

Any suggestions or tools out there to help with the conversion? Thanks!
 
I know nothing about Mac but the mail has to be in OE on the same PC as OL.
Then Export mail from OE to OL - if you import the mail modified date is
changed to import date.
