Import Outlook Express Addressbook

How can I import an Outlook Express 6.0 addressBokk into
Outlook 200 Contacts?

Open the address book and from the File menu export to a CSV (other address
book) and then import the CSV into Outlook using the Outlook File > Import
menu
 
Hmmm... I found this helpful but when I imported these
settings into Outlook, I now have 3 copies of each
contact stored in all my address books in Outlook, one
copy in each address book. It's going to be hell deleting
them all... I think I messed up somewhere.
 
Strange indeed I have never seen that happen
