I want to copy all my email from work (on Microsoft Outlook) to my
home computer but only have Outlook Express 6.0 there. Getting
Outlook at home is not a reasonable option (no extra money). I have
got the backup.pst file from work to my home computer where I have OE
6.0 but it won't let me import it from the .pst file presumably
because I don't have the actual Outlook program on my home computer.

What do I need to do to get those emails from work on my home
computer?

I do it everyday. You seem to have a problem thinking creative. If you use
a Pop3 email at home for OE at home you need a new Web Based Email.

1. Install OE at work and use a WEB BASED email such as hotmail, yahoo,
lycos, etc
2. Export messages from Microsoft Outlook to OE at work. Move all the
messages into the Web Based folder(s).
3. Open OE at home and it will update the folders / messages from the work
OE folders.
