Import Outlook contacts to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 98

One of our user's has a new pc with Outlook 2003.

His old computer had Outlook 98.

I copied his .pst onto the new computer, but his
contacts were not included.

Can you tell me how I can export his contacts to
transfer them to his new PC?
