Hello
I filled a Playlist in "Itunes". I want to select some songs in and transfer
them into a Project in " Movie Maker ". As it's necesseray to convert the
files (some songs can't be convert in ".wav" under "ITunes" due to
protection), what are the bests way to do it?. Actually I burn that songs on
a cd and made a conversion into ".wav" under "Media Classic Player" and ten
import into Movie Maker. It's not very simple!
Thanks for yr help

Unfortunately, simple or not, it is the solution you need.
Songs purchased from iTunes are digitally protected. The best workaround to
this is to burn them to a CD and then "Rip" them from that CD with "Digital
Rights" turned off.

Hey,
I am actually only a Teenager...I use Windows Movie Maker everyday and for
School Projects. So I know it Pretty well...I also use iTunes because My
Whole family has iPods and they count on me to fix everything for them...You
could say I'm a Computer Geek...Anyways to the point

I hope this Helps

As You guys have already said you can make a Playlist in iTunes and then
Burn a CD and then Rip the CD in Windows Media Player

However...Depending on the version of Windows and the age of your computer
it could take quite awhile to Rip the CD into Media Player. I know mine does

So...Simple Solution...This Tends to work the best for me except for some
fuzziness

Depending if your computer has a bulit in Microphone or not, you can always
go out and buy one for about 10 Bucks, Open iTunes find the song you want.
Make sure you know where it is.

Then go Back to Movie Maker with iTunes Minmized and click Narration or the
Microphone icon. Click record and go back to iTunes and play the song you
want.

It Should record the song if you have the Microphone right next to the
speaker. Make sure your Mic. is Plugged in because I have made that mistake
and had to listen to the song all over again. ;-)

Next it should import the Narration to the audio timeline. You can split the
audio clip so you don't have those annoying few seconds of silence at the
beggining...

Hope this Helped!

..... I agree, but for those who can do it internally and stay digital to get
a better copy, without going out a speaker to the analog world, and back
into the microphone.... use the narration feature with the stereo mix
option.

see my Importing Movie Source Files > Music and Audio page for more info...
