Let's see if I can translate this.

"I have a work schedule that I get from my employer. This schedule is for
November, where I work every day, but at a different time each day.

If I have this in a file, sich as an Excel spreadsheet, then can I import it
into Outlook's calendar so I can keep track of my work times?"

Do I have it?

If so, have you examined File>Import and Export>Import from another program
or file? Microsoft Excel should be one of the choices. Make sure you
specify the correct field mapping and named range.

Outlook's Help is the first place to go. One thing that may be helpful is
to export your existing calendar and examine the columns Outlook expects.
