Hi all:
The motherboard on my WinXP computer turned toes up last week so I
went out and bought myself a new box with Windows Vista installed.
Then I installed the C: drive from the dead computer into my new box.
I'm trying to import the Outlook Express 6 information on the old C:
drive (now it's the J: drive in the new computer) and having no
success.
I can navigate to the .dbx files on the old computer's hard drive and
see them. But, when I try the File>Import route on Windows Vista Mail
I get the error "No messages can be found..."
Is what I'm trying to do possible?
If so, what's the problem? Something to do with permission,
ownership, etc., etc.?
TIA
