Import mail & addresses from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook 2000?

I want to import my mail and addresses from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook 2000.
Outlook 2000 only gives up to Netscape 4.0 as a place to import from. Is
there something I can do to import from Netscape 7.1? Thx.
