Import long list of SMTP email addresses directly into an Outlook personal Distribution list

Gurus,

One of my users running Outlook 2003 asked if it is possible, given a very
long list of SMTP email addresses (about 50 email addresses), to import that
directly into an Outlook personal Distribution list, vice having to make an
individual contact name for each one and then adding them one by one into a
personal DL?

You cannot import into a DL. You can copy and paste addresses if they are in
the correct format:
