import list of programs not to block for AntiSpyware

Hi:
I hope this will be the right place for me to post up the question. I am
just curious if there is a method to import a list of custom known programs
to MS Antispyware so that it won't ask for permission for access or not?
Furthermore, is there a mmc snapin or command switch option for this?

No and no.

Ask this again, however, when beta2 is available. That version should be
manageable in some fashion--not sure what will be possible, but it will be
controllable, and will be available both without additional cost, and as
part of the Microsoft Client Protection suite, which will have management
tools to enable the kinds of control you speak of:
