Import IncrediMail to Outlook

Played with Incredimail for a few months, but would now
like to import all the contacts & mail from IncrediMail
into Outlook. Don't know how to tackle this. Anyone have
any ideas?

can you export from incredimail to a format outlook uses or to outlook
express?
