When I try to import an image into the images folder when
working off line on my web site, an error message comes up
which says "An error occurred accessing your FP web
files. Authors - if authoring against a web server,
please contact the webmaster for this server's site.
Webmasters - please see the server's system log for more
details." The Application log says "Received empty
response from FP server extensions"

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks,

Al

I use file and then open to opening the web I am working
on. I have also tried to open the web by using file and
then open web and I still have the same problem. I have
also tried copying the image to the image folder and
importing the image to the image folder but have the same
error message.

Thanks for your help,

Al

Ok, what type of image file is it and how large, does it have any spaces in
the filename, etc.?

There are no spaces and it is a jpg file but maybe you are
on to something here. Perhaps it is too large. I will
fiddle a bit with the original image. When I just tried
to open it, at first it didn't open. I have to go out now
& will try some different things with the original image
tomorrow. If you have any other thoughts that I can try
tomorrow, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your help. I may send you another posting
tomorrow if I still can't figure it out.

Thomas,

It turned out the original image file was too large.
Thanks for your help.
