Import GROUPS in Outlook Express

Basically, I want to move several GROUPS from Outlook to corresponding
DISTRIBUTION LISTS in Outlook Express. I know I could enter these manually
in OE, but that is tedious.
 
You've got it backwards.
Outlook does not support groups, OE does.
OE does not support DL's Outlook does.
They cannot be transferred.
