Import Google Calendar to Outlook 2003

Could anyone tell me the easiest way to do this?

I would like to be able to edit google cal and have it edit Outlook.

Is this even possible?

Depends on what Google Calendar allows for export and your version of Outlook

XML ICAL HTML are my export options. I have Outlook 2003.
