import from windows mail

I have tried to import contacts and setting from windows mail but when I try
out look tells me there is no other email client. also when I try to import
my contacts it says that it can't open the folder. How can I do these 2
things? I went on the office help section and followed the instructions.

Have you tried exporting from Windows Mail?

You export from Mail to Outlook, outllook has to be configured

I don't believe it's possible to export Contacts directly from Windows Mail to
Outlook., only messages. I believe that a CSV file will be needed.
