Try File | Export | Messages in WinMail and see if there is an option to
Outlook. I there the import from Outlook has been a problem in the past and
I don't know if it works.

Is there a way to import the mail I've downloaded in "Windows Mail" into
Outlook 2007?

Outlook 2007 set as default email program

From Outlook 2007:
File | Import and Export

Select "Import from another program or file"
NEXT Button

Select Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x,6.x or Windows Mail
Press NEXT and finish up the import

Outlook's ability to import mail from OE has never worked as well as OE's
ability to export to Outlook; I would suggest using WM to export messages to
Outlook, if WM supports it. By contrast, Outlook has always done a better
job at moving addresses, so use Outlook to import addresses from WM.

It only shows to Exchange or itself (which is weird).

Direct to Outlook is not an option.

Nice to see you in here Hal, been a long time typing to you.

Saw a camera crew's van from out of state sign on side read "We're making
news happen and not because we're there first."

I'm trying to do the same. When I export, I choose the "Exchange" option
(rather than the "Windows Mail" option). I choose to export all folders, and
get a dialog box with a profile called "Outlook". I can't change the name of
the profile or choose another one.

I choose that profile and it appears that all the WinMail messages are
exporting, but I have no clue where the "Outlook" profile resides, or if it's
a file, or what it is.

Any help locating where the messages have been exported to?
