Import from Outlook Express

I've been using Outlook Express and would like to switch
back to using Outlook 2000. I didn't see a choice to
import from Outlook Express. Is there an easy way to
import mail folders, contacts, etc. from Outlook Express
into Outlook 2000? Thanks.
 
File/Import and export/Import Internet mail and addresses -
then select Outlook Express as the source ...
