import from outlook express

I have Outlook 2003, I just tried to use it for the firts time and started by
importing my Express contacts. The help menu says to go to the File menu and
select import and export, but this choice does not appear there or anywhere.

Did you create a mail profile? Did you define an account? What exactly do
you see on Outlook's File menu?
