Import Favorites, Chinese not displayed correctly

Hi,

Got a new PC, restored all the favorites from the old one. But Chinese links
is not displayed correctly.

Can u fix that?

Ne Ho li,
Copy and paste your favorites folders from the old machine to the new one
instead of using the migration wizard or IE Import/Export.

old pc's gone, only got a bookmark.htm, is there any way to go around it?
