Import/Export of Outlook Rules

Is there a way to create a set of Outlook rules on one system and then
import those rules on another system?
 
Howard:

In Outlook 2003, you can choose Rules and Alerts from the Tools menu, and
then select Options in the upper right corner of the Rules and Alerts
window. From there you can export or import Outlook Rules. You can export
rules in a format compatible with the 2003, 2002, 2000, and 98 versions of
Outlook.
