Import/Export missing from File menu

I've used Import/Export a number of times and I just noticed that option is
no longer on the File menu. I have not installed anything new for Outlook and
my Regional and Language settings are set to EN as per Outlook help.

I also use the Insert -> Item feature quite a bit and now the option to
insert an Outlook "item" is grayed out and no longer accessible in any
Outlook item. I can open existing items (such as a Task) and see items I
inserted before this feature stopped working.

Win XP Pro SP2
Outlook 2003 SP1
 
Try running Detect and Repair from the Help menu -- make sure you have your
Office CD handy.

Thanks, I found another thread online that fixed the problem, although I
still don't know why it happened to begin with. I fixed it by going to Tools
-> Customize -> Commands and re-added the features from there. It fixed both
the Import/Export Wizard and the View -> Insert -> Item became accessible
again.
