Import Export distribution list

I need to send a outlook distribution list to my boss. I have outlook 2003 and he either has 2002 or 2002. I can send a text file...what I am trying to do is plop my whole list into his contacts so I don't have to hand type all the information.
 
Insert it as an Outlook item in a message in RTF format and send it to him.
All he has to do is open it and save it.
