Import Excel Into an Existing Table

I have a table set up, and am trying to import data into it from MS EXCEl.
When I try to import the data into the table the only option that I have is
for a new table?

Any ideas?

Hi Brook,

This will happen if field names in the Excel data don't exactly match
those in the Access table. You can overcome it by either renaming fields
or by linking the Excel data instead of importing it (or by importing to
a temporary table) and then using an append query to move the data into
your main table while altering the field names (and data types too if
needed).
