Import Email

im using outlook2003. when i import the email from outlook express to
outlook2003, why the older email show the today date after export to
outlook2003 ? Example, the old mail received at 10/10/2005,after import the
email, that email store in inbox with today date as receiving date. Why?

If you export from OE the dates are retained, whilst Importing is perceived
as receiving new mail
