import email messages

I'm trying to import email messages FROM Earthlink Mailbox TO Outlook Express 6. When importing in OE6, the list of options to import from - none are a *.csv file - most are Internet, Microsoft, or Netscape. How do I import a csv file to OE6?

Is there any program out there to import a *.csv file into an Outlook Express file. I can't download Outlook 2007 because it doesn't support WinME. Maybe an earlier Outlook. I have the same problem trying to import email messages from Earthlink Mailbox to Outlook Express 6. The Earthlink people tell me that Outlook is equipped to handle this.
