import eMail header then body

I need to import to 'word' the full header then the body of an abusive eMail
then to paste it to an eMail to reply to. I also have 'notepad' and 'one
note' if it is easier.? I have 'Office 2007 Enterprise'.
Will you be explicite in your reply as I am just learning.Many thanks if you
can help
David.
 
This is not the usual way to send Abusive email reports. In fact, whoever
has asked for that has no idea what they are doing.

All you need to do is to open a new blank email, fill it out the address and
subject as normal. Then use Insert, Attach Item which opens a list of all
your email folders. Select the correct Folder (In Box, for example),
navigate to the Abuse email and (make sure that the Attachment option is
checked) and then click OK.

Add any text that you want to the email, add your signature and send it.

The recipient can then double-click the attachment which opens just like a
normal email: selecting View Message options reveals the Header window just
like any other email.
 
Alternatively, you can (in Outlook Express, at least), right-click on the
message and choose Forward as Attachment. To get the full header,
right-click and choose Properties. Select the contents of the Details tab,
press Ctrl+C to copy, then Ctrl+V to paste into your email message.
