Import data in Outlook calendar

My workplace uses Exchange 2000 and all users have Outlook
2002. We use Public folders to manage booking our
conference rooms. Is there a way to import dates from an
Access database to an Outlook 2002 public folder? I am
assuming there may be code involved but I am not sure (nor
am I very proficient in writing code).

Any information on this will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't think you can directly import items into a public folder via Access
(I could be wrong).

However, one workaround is to import the items into your personal mailbox
calendar, and then display them via the modified date (add it through Field
Chooser) and then drag and drop them into a public calendar.
